The OzoneWash system is a patented technology utilized in institutional industrial dishwashing machines. It efficiently introduces Ozone into the dishwashing machine to effectively clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery and glassware at low water temperatures. The system allows the end user to realize cost savings of up to 70% on their operational costs of washing.
Ozone has powerful oxidation properties and dissolves soil on contact and does so at ambient water temperatures instead of conventional 65°C – 90°C temperatures. This dramatically reduces heating costs. Ozone’s powerful disinfecting properties allow for dramatic reductions in energy and sewer surcharges. Quicker turnaround times occur, which increases the productivity per warewashing machine per hour.
